Executive Summary

Jeremy Higgins is a towering figure in the business world. CEO and founder of H1, a 10-year-old management and software consulting firm, Jeremy has made his mark on the industry. But Jeremy's accomplishments don't stop there - he was also a Division 1 baseball pitcher for Georgia State University.

Though Jeremy is known for his towering height, he is an even bigger presence in the business world due to his relentless work ethic and commitment to simplifying complex technologies. He has a passion for helping others reach their potential and strives to better his client every day.

With over 25 years of experience in the technology industry, Jeremy has led multiple successful Enterprise System projects in Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Field Service (FS) and Mobility spanning multiple global companies, organizations, and government entities.  His most recent work experience includes leading teams in the development of complex system solutions for large-scale businesses across a diverse range of industries.

In 1997, Mr. Higgins began his career in technology at State Farm Insurance as Business Analyst focusing on analytics for a nationwide implementation of IS business processes.  He then progressed to The Summit Group where, as an ERP Consultant, he led the customization and migration of multimillion-dollar solutions for manufacturing and financial companies.  Later, he moved into software development at Optio Software (now Bottomline) where he led implementation and customization of solutions to aid hospitals with HIPAA compliance.

During the 1st half of his career at Immucor, Inc., Mr. Higgins led a team responsible for systems such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Business Intelligence (BI), Data warehousing, Financial Analytics, and Databases on a global scale across the North America, Europe and Asia.  His 2nd half was focused on a multi-year effort encompassing a complete redesign of Immucor’s legacy software products.  This required rollouts in business process re-engineering and implementation of a new software development lifecycle methodology and demanded the building of a high-performance team of engineers whose technology safely screens 30% of the world’s blood supply (90% in the US).

Mr. Higgins has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems (CIS) from Georgia State University where he received a full Academic and Athletic Scholarship as a member of the Georgia State Panthers baseball team.
